FIFA 17: Trailer, Release Dates and Expectations

Yesterday, EA Sports released a trailer for the new FIFA 17. The full reveal will be made on June 12th.

Powered by Frostbite, FIFA 17 transforms the way you play, compete, and emotionally connect with the game. FIFA 17 immerses you in authentic football experiences by leveraging the sophistication of a new game engine, while introducing you to football players full of depth and emotion, and taking you to brand new worlds accessible only in the game. Complete innovation in the way players think and move, physically interact with opponents, and execute in attack lets you own every moment on the pitch.

New Game Engine

This year, EA Sports went all in on the graphics department. They left Ignite behind and are now using Frostbite, the same game engine used in the game series Battlefield and Star Wars Battlefront. If players in FIFA 16 already looked realistic, they will now look almost real. Let’s hope this improvement in graphics won’t affect the gameplay.

Every year the excitement is at its peak for the new version of FIFA, and this year is no different. We are really excited for the release and can’t wait to find out more details about the game.

Pro Evolution Soccer (a.k.a. PES) is getting as good as FIFA these past few years, so hopefully they will have a huge improvement as well to keep up with the competition. What is your favorite franchise? FIFA or PES? Tell us in the comments below.
